Combining the talents of Chef Owner Rick Hackett, Executive Chef Arnold Pulido, and Pastry Chef Paul Conte, the menu encompasses everything from an impressive raw bar, featuring East & West Coast oysters, and a changing selection of other raw bar options. We also offer a wide array of fish-centric dishes, and some “not so fishy” ones. Come for crudos, ceviches, salads, sandwiches, and mains. The beverage program features a selection of local wine and beer on tap, as well as bottled wines from all over the world.
The 100-seat modern seafood restaurant, designed by architects Michael Guthrie and Ann Rockwell, features a 20-seat raw bar, a dining space that doubles as a semi-private dining area, and outdoor waterfront seating.
The stand-out feature is the wheat-paste mural, created by Oakland designers Becky Carter and Michael de La Torre. It features textured layers depicting sea creatures and the dynamic intersection of Oakland’s environment, culture, and commerce.
